TARDISblend 97: Hell Bent

Freed from billions of years of imprisonment, the Doctor (Peter Capaldi) finds himself on his home planet of Gallifrey. TARDISblend 95: Face the Raven

An old friend, Rigsy aka “Local Knowledge” (Jovian Wade) calls on the Doctor (Peter Capaldi) and companion Clara Oswald (Jenna Coleman) for some help, when an animated tattoo counting down appears on the back of his neck. The alien ink leads the trio to a concealed refugee locale for extra terrestrials hiding on Earth, where they meet an old friend. But in the process, the situation is far more dire, and will call on one of our heroes to Face The Raven

But with only one surviving crew member alive, the group soon discover that they are not alone… and that the Sandmen are coming…

TARDISblend 93: The Zygon Inversion

The Earth is facing dark times, as a splinter group of radicalized Zygons have gone against their treaty obligations, and are threatening humanity. While Kate Stewart (Jemma Redgrave) faces problems in New Mexico, the Doctor (Peter Capaldi) and Osgood (Ingrid Oliver) join forces to try and bring a peaceful resolution to the nightmare scenario. But the Doctor may end up facing his most fearsome enemy yet: his own companion, Clara Oswald (Jenna Coleman).

TARDISblend 92: The Zygon Invasion

Following the events of The Day of the Doctor, a peace existed between Humans and Zygons, allowing 20 million of the aliens to live safely (but in hiding) among humanity, after their planet had been destroyed by the Time War. But the peace is now threatened, as a splinter group of radicalized Zygons plot their insurgency against humanity – and the only ones who can stop the nightmare scenario are the Doctor (Peter Capaldi) and Osgood (Ingrid Oliver).

During TARDISblend 92, we’re joined by guest Chris McDavid akaHenchman21 and discuss the return of Ingrid Oliver as the lovable Osgood, as she appears in an episode that appears to be something of a sequel to The Day of the Doctor. Arriving in medieval Scandinavia, the Doctor (Peter Capaldi) and Clara Oswald (Jenna Coleman) are captured by a raiding group of Vikings. Returning to their village, the Vikings are confronted by a being claiming to be Odin. But tragedy is imminent, and the Doctor must work out a way to save the villagers.

TARDISblend 89: Before The Flood

Separated from his companion, Clara Oswald (Jenna Coleman), at the underwater mining base, the Doctor (Peter Capaldi) travels back in time on the same spot to 1980, in an effort to learn what caused the events in 2119. But the situation becomes perilous, and the Doctor will come face-to-face with The Fisher King.

During TARDISblend 89, we discuss the breaking of the 4th wall in this episode of Doctor Who, leading to the underlying theme of this story: the Bootstrap Paradox.
